You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Understanding and adhering to these rules ensures a pleasant stay for you and future guests.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Checkout: Before 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with smart lock.
- Minimum Age to Rent: 24. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay.
During Your Stay
- Maximum Occupancy: 4 ADULTS (no exceptions).
- Children: Allowed (ages 0-17). Condo is not child-proofed. Bunk beds are reserved for kids under 100lbs.
- Pets: No pets allowed (HOA Rule - No Exceptions).
- Parties & Events: No parties or events allowed.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Parking: The parking lot is reserved for current guests. No parking before check-in or after check-out (HOA Rule).
- Bikes: No bikes are allowed in the building.
- Mud: No mud inside the condo.
- Hot Tub:
- Shower before using the hot tubs.
- BYO (Bring Your Own) towel for the hot tub.
- Follow all hot tub rules posted at the entrance.
Before You Leave
- Dishes: Wash and replace any pots/pans you used.
- Dishwasher: Load and start the dishwasher prior to checkout.
- Secure Property: Lock all doors and windows before leaving the condo.
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional fees or termination of your stay without a refund.
