You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Understanding and adhering to these rules ensures a pleasant stay for you and future guests.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Checkout: Before 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with smart lock.
- Minimum age to rent: 24.
During Your Stay
- Maximum Guests: 4.
- Children: Allowed (ages 3-17 recommended). Condo is not child-proofed.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Parties & Events: No parties or events allowed.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Bikes: No bikes are permitted inside the condo.
- Mud: Please avoid bringing mud into the condo.
- Laundry: No muddy clothes in the washer/dryer.
- Porch Use: No cooking or grilling on the back porch.
- Walkway: Do not block the walkway in front of the unit.
Before You Leave
- Dishes: Wash and replace any pots/pans you used.
- Dishwasher: Load and start the dishwasher prior to checkout.
- Secure Property: Lock all doors and windows before leaving the condo.
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional fees or termination of your stay without a refund.
